Rolling Out Kennett’s Reflect RAP
National launch of Kennett's RAP across all office and project sites occurred this week.
This week, we officially launched our ‘Reflect’ Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) across 2 offices and multiple project sites, during National Reconciliation Week. Brochures of the RAP were printed for distribution to all project sites throughout SA and VIC and will be discussed with site teams at the toolbox meetings this week. Copies of the brochure have been made available in all site lunchrooms.
Directors, James Kennett and Phil Hole both spoke about our commitment to reconciliation and the meaningful contribution we are making as we embark on this important journey.
National Reconciliation Week (NRW) achieved record numbers this year and was embraced and celebrated by over 41,000 people across the country.
Thank you to the RAP working group for their time and commitment throughout the process.
