Project Completion – Resthaven Chiton

Eleven new ILU’s, designed by Brown Falconer, have been delivered for long term client Resthaven.

The houses have been designed with raked ceilings and high north windows allowing for plenty of natural light. A number of energy-saving design features including solar energy, rainwater tanks and low-toxic materials were used to achieve the 7 star energy rating.

Externally, a new road was constructed, creating a ring road passing through both existing and new homes, plus a community garden and gathering space, along with new carpark spaces providing storage for residents boats and caravans.
