Project Completion – Ingenia Springside, VIC

Kennett was engaged by Ingenia Lifestyle to undertake construction of the new Clubhouse and Wellness Precinct at their Springside Beveridge facility.

The Precinct has been designed as the social and recreational heart of the community, offering residents a wide range of spaces to stay active, pursue hobbies and connect with neighbours. Our scope included a heated indoor pool and spa, gym and yoga studio, sauna, gold-class style cinema, arts and crafts studio, library, hair salon, barbecue area, croquet lawn and pickleball courts. The extensive landscaping included EV charging for cars and bikes and mature plantings.

Existing site conditions required a full engineered mudstone pad to be imported and compacted under Class 1 supervision. The project was completed for the client within the expected programme and budget.
