Project Completion – Morphettville Track & Maintenance Shed
The Morphettville team settles into the new facility in time to prepare for the Spring Racing Carnival.
After the successful delivery of the Wolf Blass ‘The Man’ Event Centre project for the South Australian Jockey Club, Kennett was engaged to construct the new maintenance sheds and amenities buildings at Morphettville Racecourse.
The maintenance sheds include approximately 1,200m2 of workshops and storage areas for plant and equipment. The amenities building features office spaces, staff kitchen and lunch area, as well as showers, toilets and change rooms.
The project was completed and delivered one week early in an operational environment with minimal disruption to staff and events, despite being inclose proximity to the precinct’s main entrance.
