The Project
The construction of a new two-storey administration building, including general learning areas, common areas and student and staff amenities, has provided contemporary facilities to assist the students in their continued learning and development of skills. This project was completed while the school continued to operate. The impressive facade utilised materials such as pre-cast concrete, compressed fibre cement, lightweight aluminium cladding and glazing.
What we delivered
- Demolition of an existing administration building.
- Two-storey building constructed with Swisspearl clad, imported from Switzerland.
- Project delivered on a tight site while the school continued operations.
- Construction was planned for minimal disruption to staff, students and parents of the operating school.
