The Project
Chemist King required a new store in Mount Gambier to suit their expanding business, with a new site located on Jubilee Highway.
The construction consisted of the delivery of a cold shell supplied for the client to undertake the internal fit out. Challenges with the site included soil contamination which was managed by using most of the soil on site, rather than removing. Construction consisted of a slab on ground, steel frame structure, steel roof and Hebel paneling with glazed shop front.
