The Project
Lightsview is a modern, award-winning aged care home which boasts city skyline views and an abundance of natural light throughout.
What we delivered
- Construction of the aged care complex on two levels.
- Features including lifts, state-of-the-art commercial kitchens, laundries, hydraulic reticulation, HVAC, access control and nurse call functionality.
- Project delivered to a high standard five weeks ahead of schedule. All defects were addressed to ensure no tradespeople were on site for major work when residents moved in.
- Project was awarded 2012 and 2013 winner from Master Builders South Australia.
