The Project
A major refurbishment of the automotive showroom, sales and servicing areas was undertaken, including the external facade. Works were carefully planned in close coordination with stakeholders to enable the facility to remain operational with minimal disruption.

- Refurbishments to showroom, servicing areas and external facade
- Lift installation to meet Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) requirements
- Skylights to introduce natural light
- New bathroom facilities in the upstairs amenities area
- New egress stairs were installed
- Fire separation through the existing facility
- All services and communications upgrades
