Kennett’s Reflect RAP Endorsed

Our organisational roadmap for engaging respectfully with First Nations stakeholders.

Kennett’s REFLECT RAP has recently been formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.

Our RAP will enable us to continually develop and strengthen our reconciliation commitment and the framework is based on relationships, respect and opportunities. As part of our commitment to reconciliation, Kennett has deliberately focussed our first steps on building understanding and engagement within our organisation. We recognise that meaningful reconciliation begins with awareness, education, and the fostering of genuine interest among our people.

Our current focus remains on engaging our people with the purpose of reconciliation so that our RAP is not just a document, but a commitment shared across our organisation.
