Kennett Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Kathy Andonis has joined Kennett, as long-term CFO Tim Lang steps down from the role.

As the new CFO of Kennett, Kathy will oversee all aspects of the executive financial management and support ongoing strategic growth of our company which has been operating for more than 110 years.

Kennett General Manager, Anthony Carbone, says Kathy was the outstanding candidate to be Kennett’s new CFO.

“Kathy is widely respected and will play a pivotal role in Kennett’s leadership team,” he said.

With Kathy now as CFO, Kennett is pleased to be supporting Tim’s move into a consulting role, as he transitions into a well-deserved retirement. Tim will also continue to serve on Kennett’s Board.

“Kennett’s strong financial position is a credit to Tim who has been instrumental in delivering the company’s successes for many years,” Anthony added.

As a Chartered Accountant, Kathy Andonis brings to Kennett more than 25 years of experience in public, private and not-for-profit organisations across construction, wine, retail, aviation, hospitality and professional services including as CFO and other executive roles.

“Kennett has such a strong reputation as a leader in its industry and I’m looking forward to working with General Manager Anthony Carbone and the company’s directors James and Scott Kennett to cement this position into the future,” Kathy said.

“The majority of my career has been with proudly South Australian companies, and I’m excited to continue that and support Kennett’s ongoing growth and success.”
