Project Completion – Two Multi-Level Residential Buildings at Prospect Corner

In recent months Kennett has completed the two affordable housing projects for the Renewal SA development at Prospect Corner.

Designed by architects Brown Falconer, and among the first to be delivered under the Housing Australia Future Fund, these sustainable social housing projects will provide a combined total of 100 affordable apartments for South Australians. Both buildings have been designed with circular economy principals at the forefront and are both currently targeting a 5 star Green Star rating from the Green Building Council of Australia. Both projects are also among the first three pilot projects in SA to utilise Kennett’s new Buildings As Material Banks  initiative.
