Lot 18 Prospect Tops Out!
A construction milestone for the 5 star Green Star apartments under construction at Prospect Corner.
The team at Lot 18 Prospect recently celebrated topping out with the final concrete pour on the 5th storey of the affordable apartment building.
Lot 18 is one of the two apartment blocks Kennett is currently building for Renewal SA in the Prospect Corner development. These projects result from a key government initiative in the 2024 Housing Roadmap and will ultimately deliver 100 affordable rental apartments.
Designed by longtime collaborators, architects Brown Falconer, these apartment blocks are 2 of 3 projects Kennett are currently constructing in Adelaide that are targeting a Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) 5 star Green Star rating.
