Groundbreaking Event at Rose Park

The official sod turning event for Kennett’s new project, the Rose Park Apartments, occurred in April with special guests Minister Nick Champion MP and the Mayor of Burnside, Anne Monceaux in attendance. The team from client, Capital Prudential, real estate agents Ouwens Casserly and future residents of this luxury multi-storey apartment building were also on hand to celebrate the start of construction.

With sweeping views from the upper floors of the city on one side and the Adelaide Hills on the other, the building will consist of 16 two and three bedroom apartments, including 2 top floor penthouses.

Stunningly designed by Loucas Zahos Architects, the building draws inspiration from the classical period homes of Rose Park, surrounded by established street trees and with meticulous high end detailing throughout.
