Victoria's first KeepSafe Storage facility is now open for business!
Delivering a net lettable area of 8,200m2 with 970 storage units and an undercover loading area, the facility spans 3 levels with both drive up and internal units. The building is serviced by three commercial lifts to the upper levels, incorporates six layers of security access and is divided into four separate fire-rated compartments – designed for safety, efficiency and ease of use.
The facility was constructed with precast panels and columns, infilled with lightweight structural steel wall and roof framing, metal clad roofing and walls.
