Project Completion – Roomia Sunshine North, Victoria

After completion of Stage 1, Kennett was re-engaged by Storage Investments Australia (SIA) for the second stage which included the internal fitout of 2,000m2 of new storage space across three levels, as well as 15 new external storage units. Construction details included lightweight flooring and metal partitioning to form storage compartments of various sizes.

The 15 new external precast units were built with metal deck roofing and cover a total area of 600m2. This project was delivered in only 12 weeks, which was 6 weeks earlier than anticipated.
