Project Update – Helping Hand Whyalla

The extension and refurbishment of Copperhouse Court, an established aged care facility in Whyalla, is now complete. Our scope included a flexible multi-purpose space for activities, an upgrade to rooms and amenities, including painting and flooring, along with landscaped external areas with shelters.

The Yeltana facility is well underway with a 10 bedroom extension plus ugrades to the 44 existing rooms, new dining rooms, other common areas and reception. A new BBQ and outdoor landscaping will enable residents to also enjoy updated outdoor spaces. Yeltana is expected to be completed in October 2027.
