Project Update – Ingenia Springside, Beveridge

Work is progressing well at Springside Beveridge with the concrete pour to the main pool complete.

The project team have worked closely with the pool designer, structural and civil engineers to address load distribution, waterproofing, and durability considerations, ensuring the structure meets both buildability and long-term performance requirements.

Kennett is constructing a community Clubhouse with and wellness centre within an over-55s lifestyle village in Beveridge, north of Melbourne. The project scope includes a large indoor swimming pool, gym, amenities and multipurpose area, whilst the Clubhouse itself will feature a Gold class standard cinema, library, business centre, lounge, bar and hairdressing salon. With extensive landscaping outdoors including BBQ areas, hardcourt bowls/croquet and pickleball courts, this new facility will provide first class accommodation for the new residents.
