New Project Announcement – Resthaven Marion
A smoking ceremony was held to mark the start of Stage 1 of this flagship project for Resthaven.
Kennett has been engaged to deliver Stage 1 of the Resthaven Marion redevelopment – the Community Wellness Centre.
A connected community hub designed to support older South Australians in maintaining health, independence and wellbeing, the centre will feature dedicated spaces for group activities, exercise classes, day respite services, and 12 consulting rooms for allied health and GP services. This will include rooms for physiotherapy, podiatry, occupational therapy, massage, as well as offices for community staff and home support workers.
This project is targeting a Green Building Council of Australia 5 star Green Star rating with the intention for ongoing operations to be carbon neutral. Construction has commenced and will be completed within the next 12 months.
