Project Completion – Helping Hand Rotary House

Part of Helping Hand’s greater masterplan, Kennett has rejuvenated 37 premium care suites across 2,000sqm of space, all within an operational environment. The transformation has created elegant private and shared spaces, thoughtfully designed to offer a greater sense of comfort and connection for the Rotary house residents.

The care suites include bedrooms, lounge and dining area, boutique kitchen and private ensuites. The scope also included an alfresco area with BBQ facilities and 5 specialty spaces including a theatrette, music room, games room and library.

We are thrilled with the end result as is our client, Helping Hand, who summed up their thoughts as follows;
