The Project
Kennett was engaged to construct a clubhouse and wellness centre in Beveridge, Victoria with detailed facades to integrate with the client’s surrounding lifestyle community precinct.
The clubhouse features a cinema, bar and pool tables, dining room, library and outdoor BBQ and entertaining space. The wellness centre includes a 18m heated pool, spa, sauna, gym, hair salon as well as a multipurpose space. Existing site conditions required a full engineered mudstone pad to be imported and compacted under Class 1 supervision. The extensive landscaping includes pickleball courts, BBQ areas, EV charging for cars and bikes and mature planting.
