A Major Milestone at Rose Park Apartments

A small ceremony, including the lifting of the “construction tree” to the top level, was held to celebrate this significant milestone. Rooted in ancient Scandinavian tradition, the tree serves as a good luck charm for future occupants, an acknowledgement of safe completion of the building’s skeleton as well as a nod to nature. Subcontractors on site enjoyed coffee and cannoli while speeches were given by our client, Cap Pru and James Kennett.

Rose Park apartments will consist of 16 luxury residences including 2 rooftop penthouses. Beautifully designed by Loucas Zahos Architects and with incredible views of either the city or hills from every apartment, the fitout features high end finishes and fittings and various colour schemes unique to each apartment. Secure parking is provided for in an underground carpark.

Currently steel framing for the roof is underway and the curved façade is continuing to take shape on site. Construction is due for completion in the back half of the year.
