New Project Announcement – Springside Clubhouse & Wellness Centre

The Victorian team have turned the first sod on the new Clubhouse & Wellness Centre at the Ingenia property in Beveridge on the outskirts of Melbourne. This new facility will become the thriving central heart for the Springside community. Joining the Kennett construction team at the ceremony were Ingenia team members Jeet Parmer, Simon Burk and Luke Hollins, as well as representatives from architects, Breath, Brogue Consulting Engineers and Essence Project Management.

The resort-like features within the Wellness Centre will feature a large indoor swimming pool, gym, amenities and multipurpose area, whilst the Clubhouse will feature a comfortable Gold class standard cinema, library and business centre, lounge, bar and salon consulting rooms. With extensive landscaping outdoors including BBQ areas, hardcourt bowls/croquet and pickleball courts, this new facility will provide first class amenities for residents to enjoy all year around.
