The Project
Built around an existing retention basin, this 3700sqm building is the new home of Wohlers in Victor Harbor. The embankment between the adjacent Bunnings created issues during the wet winter season, requiring significant risk management with potential collapses. Civil works included a gabion wall to manage the basin which was five metres below the building pad.
