The Project
With an expansion in student intake for 2023, Nazareth Catholic College needed a new stand-alone senior centre for their year 10 to year 12 students. With an extremely tight timeframe to have the college open by Term 3 in 2023, the team worked in close collaboration with the architects using BIM technology to enhance efficiency. The structural steel and feature precast façade were significant elements to the programme and design. The two storey building wraps around the site and includes general learning areas, STEM, wood and metal workshops, science labs, art, music, performing arts studio, cafe and gymnasium with extensive external landscaping and a sports oval. The new campus includes breakout areas and high-end finishes throughout offering students an exceptional learning environment.
