The Project
The refurbishment of the existing Genesis showroom was a logistically challenging project. Externally, the replacement cladding and new façade had to be carefully planned by our team with restricted access over footpaths with pedestrian diversions, all complicated with working alongside tram and power lines. This was overcome with coordinated, timed shutdowns and nightworks. Internally, varying floor levels and adjustments to the existing structure to open up the new showroom were planned seamlessly with thorough site investigations into the existing hidden structure, surveys and final design amendments. The project was very successful and led on to further work with Genesis in Melbourne.
