The Project
Kennett was engaged for the single-story extension and refurbishment to an existing aged care facility in Mannum South Australia. Proposed works included a new 22 bed addition to the existing building, which included common living areas, staff and utility areas, associated siteworks and building services works. Our scope within the existing facility, included the conversion of two bedrooms into a physio/gym, converting two bedrooms to administration offices, upgrades to existing administration areas to include lifestyle office and upgrades to the existing laundry.
