The Project
Beach Energy engaged Kennett to advise on the design and construction of a new elevator for its offices. During discussions, it became apparent the company had a much wider need for more space and Kennett was subsequently appointed manager of a D&C contract to guide Beach Energy discussions and develop the project brief.
