The Project
Total Tools at Lonsdale outgrew their existing facility and identified a new site across the road that would accommodate their expansion into a bigger building. Kennett constructed a new warehouse / retail facility which aligned to the national visual identity requirements for the brand. The build required significant retaining wall structures to be built prior to construction due to the site being the lowest on the block of already developed sites. The project was delivered defects free.
