The Project
ALDI Australia is committed to continually building new stores in suburban locations across Adelaide and South Australia. Specifically designed and constructed to the brand guidelines, these stores reflect the needs and requirements of the company.
What we delivered
- All stores have been quality builds with very high standard finishes
- Additional specialty retail stores and new carpark spaces, back of house partitioning, metalwork and refrigeration, floor tiling joinery, ceilings, services and specialist doors
- Raft concrete slab, deflector finishes, precast walling, metal roofs and landscaping
- Management of challenges as they arose i.e. occasional inclement weather and tight timeframes and programmes to ensure completion by opening sales dates
- Managing heritage-listed neighbouring buildings during construction
- Minimal defects across all stores
- A new benchmark in achieving the fastest-built ALDI of its type in South Australia (Mt Gambier)
