The Project
Meals on Wheels is an innovative organisation with a proud history, founded in 1954. Their facility on Sir Donald Bradman Drive is a mixture of purpose built kitchen facility and contemporary office space and courtyard.
What we delivered
- Construction of a two-storey office area, commercial kitchen space & feature courtyard
- Demolition of the existing Rossi Boots factory and office area, including the removal of underground storage tanks.
- Installation of all commercial kitchen requirements, including cool rooms, freezer & equipment.
- Successful delivery 4-weeks ahead of Practical Completion date and well under initial client budget
