The Project
The Timberlink CLT and GluLam manafacturing facility was an immense project incorporating over 16,000m2 of industrial building. Scope details included 800t of CC3 accredited structural steel super structure, 70 driven piles, approx 4000m3 concrete with associated steel reinforcement, turn key CLT/GLT production line. D&C components for electrical, mechanical, fire to facilitate the equipment install. Vacuum crane and bridge crane install, C&C machine install and D&C extraction system to facilitate to the production line. Kennett subcontracted their civil engineering specialist as Capital Construction Manager to help facilitate the design, procurement and construction of the project in all aspects of building, plant and equipment works.
