The Project
To meet growing demand for services on the Fleurieu Peninsula, a 92 bed, aged care and retirement living complex was developed to provide high quality, responsive community and residential care services to retirees.
What we delivered
- Restoration of the heritage-listed former school house for the use of Resthaven Community Services.
- Construction of 92-bed low and high care nursing home with a total area of 6,800 square metres
- Four independent living units with a total area of 550 square metres.
- External landscaping including paths, seating and outdoor recreation areas.
