The Project
The Karen Rolton Oval was redeveloped to include a new two-storey clubhouse, upgrade to the existing cricket pitch and extensive landscaping and carpark area to provide an outstanding facility for the community.
What we delivered
- Construction of a new two-storey clubhouse
- Bulk earthworks to existing cricket pitch involving cut, conditioning and placement of existing fill
- Permeable paved carpark area, landscaping works and custom profiled concrete bleacher construction to the cricket pitch for spectating
- Steel cantilevered roof structure
- Building envelope cladding combination of brickwork, V zinc and glazing
- Timber decking with underdeck drainage system
- Custom profiled concrete bleacher seating area for spectating
