The Project
The existing Mt Carmel aged care facility was upgraded to an 84-bedroom complex providing a vibrant place for residents to enjoy.
What we delivered
- An aged-care complex over two levels including commercial catering areas, administrative facilities, commercial laundry facilities and other indoor and outdoor recreational areas.
- Features two lifts, hot water upgrades to the new and existing facilities, HVAC, access control and nurse call functionality.
- The development was constructed as a two storey steel framed brick veneer construction with timber trussed roof, suspended concrete slab and conventional wall and ceiling lining
