The Project
Golden Grove is a modern, three-storey aged care facility with state-of-the-art features and comforts, filled with natural light and beautiful spaces.
What we delivered
- 110 bed, aged care facility.
- Commercial kitchen, activity halls, hairdresser, allied health services rooms, therapy bathroom, museum, café, theatrette.
- Successful use of the Revitzo BIM program to manage the defect management process.
- Established a full 3D modelling process for the project (all services and structure), to scrutinise the design and to ensure services were able to fit within the designated spaces.
- Excellent level of finish was achieved throughout the facility.
