The Project
A major refurbishment of the automotive showroom, sales and servicing areas was undertaken, including the external facade. Works were carefully planned in close coordination with the client and undertaken across 2 stages to enable the facility to remain operational with minimal disruption.
What we delivered
- Refurbishments to showroom, including customer lounge, servicing areas and external facade
- Lift installation to meet Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) requirements
- Skylights to introduce natural light
- New bathroom facilities in the upstairs amenities area
- New egress stairs were installed
- Fire separation through the existing facility
- All services and communications upgrades
