The Project
The Adelphi comprises six levels of luxury apartment living in Glenelg North and features include large floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping panoramic views across the coast, city and hills. Consisting of 49 apartments with spacious floorplans and high-end finishes, the Adelphi is the epitome of coastal living finished to the high standards of Scott Salisbury Group.
What we delivered
- Steel construction supporting delta core panels and off form concrete.
- Construction completed with use of tower crane due to site access.
- Finishes and features required a high level of detailed and skilled tradesmanship.
- Earthworks required the site to undergo full remediation, pile foundations and de-watering.
