The Project
After successful completion of Stage 1, Kennett was re-engaged by Storage Investments Australia (SIA) for the second stage. Construction details included lightweight flooring and metal partitioning to form storage compartments of various sizes. This project was delivered in only 12 weeks, which was 6 weeks earlier than anticipated.
What we delivered
- Internal fitout of 2,000m2 of new storage space across three levels
- 15 new external precast storage units with metal deck roofing covering a total area of 600m2
