New Project Announcement – Uniting on Hawker

We’re excited to announce that we’re partnering with UnitingSA on their latest community housing development, Uniting on Hawker, located in Bowden.

This new project will replace 10 outdated buildings with 30 contemporary apartments for women aged 55 and over who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. It comes as new figures from Homelessness Australia reveal a 30% rise in women and girls experiencing homelessness, highlighting the urgent need for safe, secure housing to assist those most vulnerable in our community.

The construction timeframe is just over 12 months.
