The Project
Stage 1 at Resthaven Aged Care Westbourne Park included a new 42 room aged care facility and refurbishment of the existing 35 resident Marlborough wing.
What we delivered
- Modern, 2-storey aged care facility with common area lounges, dining, kitchenettes, activity hall, sunroom, library, servery and amenities.
- Two feature arched precast façades will become the main external central courtyard for Stages 2-4.
- Sensitive, heritage and low scale architectural language was used throughout to pay respect to the residential street aspect.
- The existing Marlborough wing was tastefully refurbished and included common area lounge, dining, kitchenette and servery area.
