The Project
The Mount Gambier Library was a key milestone project for the community, providing a public space including the library with dedicated area for children, car parking and landscaping. Built on an arc, the structure features curved walls, verandahs, stairs and window frames, creating an impressive façade. Six metre spans of operable acoustic and security screens resulted in internal acoustically engineered performance and practice spaces.
