The Project
Kennett was engaged to build the ‘Lighthouse’ Early Learning Centre and ‘Wilderness Centre’ for Middle Years at Encounter Lutheran College in the Fleurieu Peninsula. The two projects occured concurrently.
What we delivered
- ELC with mini versions of the iconic ‘Brighton Beach Huts’ in college colours.
- Cement sheet and metal sheet cladding with steel columns and curved steelwork.
- Acoustic raked ceiling and curved bulkhead internally.
- Wilderness Centre for middle school year students with design, art, food technology, media and science areas.
- Remote location with all new services connections.
- Unique amenities design built from rainwater tanks.
